Today V, Alan, and I drove to and from the Detroit airport to pick up Wai Po, who is now living with us again! She’ll be staying for 6 months through April. It seemed that Alan remembered her from the early months of his life because he smiled at her as soon as he saw her, and he’s been happy all day! It’s been a really nice reunion so far, as it always is. V and I are thrilled to have her back too. It feels like she never left, but in reality it’s been 8 months.
On a side note, I never like going to that state up north, but at least we didn’t spend one dime there today! Woody would be proud.
